Introductions:  

IOTA 10801 is fluorine silicon-based release agent that used for solvent Stripping-off release. It is mainly used for Dry-type transformers, insulators, transformers, LED and other electronic epoxy components, PU rigid foams, elastomers and other hard products, the release force is good. 

Advantages :

There are Little residues in mold surface, easy to release with small spraying amount, and leading good surface. Take different approaches can adjust the gloss problems caused by Molds.

Using process:  

Release agent: Clean the mold with Mold Cleaner, Degreasing and drying. Adjust the material pressure (0.3-0.5bar) and air pressure (0.5-1.0bar) correctly. Keep the gun and the mold 10-20cm when operating, and atomized spray it on the mold surface uniformly. There can be a reasonable adjustment on IOTA 10801 dilution ratio according to the complexity of the mold structure.

Storage and shelf life :      

Should be stored at  -20 ℃ ~ 50℃ in sealed original containers. The valid period of IOTA 10801 is 12 months from the date of manufacturing. Please refer to the storage recommendations and expiry date on the package. You must stir it before using.
