(1) Electrical insulating varnish: The size, quality and service life of motors and electrical appliances are closely related to the performance of electrical insulating materials . Therefore, the industry requires the use of a variety of electrical insulating varnishes, including coil impregnation varnish, glass cloth impregnation varnish, mica bonding insulating varnish and silicone varnish for electronic and electrical protection.
(2) Coatings: Silicone resin has excellent properties such as heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, and water repellency. In addition, it can produce colorless, transparent, and anti-sticking and film-release coatings and moisture-proof and water-repellent coatings with good adhesion and wear resistance.
(3) Adhesives: There are two types of polysiloxane used as adhesives: silicone type and silicone resin type. The two types differ in structure and cross-linking density. Among them, resin-type adhesives are further divided into pure silicone resin type and modified resin type.
(4) Plastics: Mainly used in heat-resistant, insulating, flame-resistant and arc-resistant silicone plastics, semiconductor component shell packaging plastics and foam plastics.
(5) Micropowder and ladder polymer : Compared with inorganic fillers, silicone resin micropowder has a relatively low density and is heat-resistant, weather-resistant, lubricating and hydrophobic. Trapezoidal silicone resin has higher heat resistance, electrical insulation and flame resistance than the general silicone resin with a three-dimensional mesh structure.
