IOTA D4926 Two-component silicone sealant
Product features:
IOTA D4926 is a kind of double component silicone
rubber, which is cured at room temperature and can be heated quickly. Its characteristics
are as follows:
Before curing, good fluidity, the operation time
is moderate, good self-decoration, convenient operation and use;
good resistance to high temperature and low
temperature performance, after curing can be used under -50℃~+200℃;
good electrical insulation, arc resistance
and shock resistance, long time protection of electronic components and welding
points;
Good water resistance, ozone resistance,
earthquake resistance, aging resistance, can effectively prevent the infiltration
of water vapor, to maintain long time sealing performance;
good thermal conductivity, can guarantee the
effective heat dissipation of electronic components and batteries.
Application:
Widely used in the new energy automotive power
lithium battery PACK, electronic components, waterproof, heat sealing cushion;
Used in various electrical equipment potting,
bonding, positioning, sealing and waterproof.
