IOTA 4815W single component silicone sealant

Product features:

IOTA 4815W is a kind of condensed type one component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, which is composed of organic silicon polymer, reinforcing filler, auxiliary agent, crosslinking agent and so on. Its characteristics are as follows:

Single component packaging, easy to use when operating;

Room temperature neutral curing, non-toxic, no corrosion;

After fully cured, will maintain its flexibility in the range of -50℃ ～+200℃；

Good electrical insulation, arc resistance and impact resistance, long term and effective protection of electronic components;

Good water resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance;

Good adhesion, to maintain long-term sealing performance.

Application:

For various types of electronic and electrical bonding, positioning, and play the role of moisture, shock, insulation, weather resistance;

For the power battery PACK up and down box cover sealed, easy to remove.

Color, packing, storage and transporation

IOTA 4815W is semi-transparent/ white / gray paste before curing, semi-transparent/white / gray elastomer after curing.

This product uses 310ml/, 2.6L/ plastic cylinder packaging, special requirements can be specified after the specified packaging.

Store in dry, ventilated and cool place, storage period is 12 months from the date of production.

This product is stored and transported as non-dangerous goods.
