Product Applications:
1.UV/Electron beam curable release coatings, excellent materials for use as mold release agents and paper release agents;
2.UV/Electron beam curable crosslinkers, used for the preparation of semi-conductor coatings and optical fiber coatings;
3.Improves the curing rate of general condensation type silicone rubber, overcoming the
problem of poor adhesion of UV curable adhesives.

Method of Use:
After uniformly mixing the mercapto silicone oil with vinyl silicone oil/resin containing unsaturated double bonds, add a certain amount of photo initiator (5-10wt%), coat it on a
polytetrafluoro-ethylene mold, and irradiate under UV light (200-400 nm) for 1-10 seconds to crosslink and cure into shape.

Product packaging and storage:
This product is available in 1 kg and 5 kg plastic bucket packaging (custom packaging is also available upon customer request);
This product is not flammable or explosive and should be stored in a cool, dry place, kept sealed;

Storage period is 6 months.
When the storage time exceeds the storage period, the relevant properties of the product need to be rechecked before use.
