Application Range
1. AT092 is a highly effective defoamer and an excellent defoamer. It can be widely used in the production process of industrial production of various aqueous systems; if the product is pre-added to the unfoamed system, it can more effectively prevent the generation of foam. AT092 only needs a very low dosage to effectively prevent the generation of foam. Since its final dosage is affected by factors such as the temperature, foaming degree, chemical characteristics, and stirring degree of the foaming system during actual application, the dosage can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual production conditions and requirements to achieve the best economic effect, especially for sewage treatment. Due to the large treatment area, it is recommended to pre-dilute to 7-8% before use.
2. If dilution and storage are required, care must be taken to ensure the stability of the diluted solution. A small amount of appropriate thickener, such as xanthan gum or polypropylene, can be added to extend the stability of the defoaming solution after dilution.
