1. The product structure is complex and there are many holes;

2. Inlaid products, and the use of gas-phase glue, easy to produce adsorption;

3. Thick material is too sticky and its plasticity is low;

The solution is:

1. Spray release agent on the mold before use and keep it hot for 20-30 minutes;

2. The mold surface is plated with Teflon;

3. Spray external release agent on the mold surface at regular intervals;

4. Adjust the raw material formula;

5. Regularly clean the mold and sand blasting;
