Vulcanization temperature:
Vulcanization temperature directly affects product performance, vulcanization speed and production efficiency. Too high temperature vulcanization will cause adverse effects:
1. Accelerate the cracking of rubber and reduce the performance of rubber
2. Shorten the scorch period and affect the flow of rubber
3. Thick products are easy to cause cracking of the mold clamping part after mold opening
4. Product size becomes smaller

Vulcanization temperature of commonly used rubber materials:
NR ≤ 155°C
SBR/NBR ≤ 180℃
CR/BR/IIR/IR ≤ 170℃
EPM/EPDM≤190℃
SILECON/FKM/ACM ≤ 175℃
The actual vulcanization temperature of the rubber is related to the vulcanization system and formula.
Production Note: Detect the actual temperature of the vulcanizer equipment to prevent it from being different from the reading.
