Description: IOTA HCR 2940 U is
a silicone master-batch, heat curing after the addition of a vulcanizing agent
(chosen according to the processing method).
Applications: IOTA HCR 2940 U is
recommended for buttons, O-rings, gaskets, seals, rubber
rollers and other requirements of high resilience and low compression set of
products.
Special properties:
High resilience, low compression set;
Good appearance,anti-yellowing;
Good mechanical properties;
Easy processing, non-stick rollers, easy
release;
Not easy to structured after
long-term storage;
Good thermal stability;
Major potential for blending with
other master batches.

Storage and shelf life: IOTA HCR 2940 U may be stored in its
original unopened packaging at a temperature below 40°C for up to 6 months from the date of manufacture marked clearly on the
packaging.
