Description: IOTA HCR 2940 U is a silicone master-batch, heat curing after the addition of a vulcanizing agent (chosen according to the processing method).

Applications: IOTA HCR 2940 U is recommended for buttons, O-rings, gaskets, seals, rubber rollers and other requirements of high resilience and low compression set of products.

Special properties:
High resilience, low compression set;

Good appearance,anti-yellowing;

Good mechanical properties;

Easy processing, non-stick rollers, easy release;

Not easy to structured after long-term storage;

Good thermal stability;

Major potential for blending with other master batches.
