Introductions:

IOTA 1303 compounding solvent-based silicone and wax of the type of Stripping-off, and it is matte. It is mainly used for: Semi-rigid and crusting automatic，Such as the car steering wheel, armrests, instrument panel, etc. But can also match the usage of coating in-mold. 

Advantages:

In these applications, IOTA 1303 has the following advantages:

There are Little residues in mold surface. The amount of spraying is small so it is easy to do mold release. It can easily give the product an good matte surface

Using technology:

Release agent：Clean the mold with Mold Cleaner, Degreasing and drying. Adjust the material pressure (0.3-0.5bar) and air pressure (0.5-1.0bar) correctly. Keep the gun and the mold 10-20cm at the time of operations, and atomized spray it on the mold surface uniformly. There can be a reasonable adjustment on IOTA 1303 dilution ratio according to the complexity of the mold structure.

Storage and storage period:

Should be stored at 50 ℃ -20 ℃ ~  in sealed original containers. The valid period of IOTA 1303 is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Please refer to the storage recommendations and expiry date on the package. You must stir it before using. We cannot ensure that products meet sales specifications any more after this date.
