Introduction:

IOTA 10303 is used as Solvent based silicone release agent. It is mainly used for Filter and PU semi-rigid material. 

Advantages:

It is easy to use with efficient release properties.
The demolded objects have good surface gloss, the mold surface will has good adhesion and good thermal stability. So there is little blockage on the mold and easy to be cleaned.

Diluents:   Petroleum solvent, an aromatic hydrocarbon

Using Process:

Release agent: mold should be completely clean, degreased, and dried. If possible, it is better to be heated above 30 ℃. IOTA 10303 should be diluted about the ratio of 1: 1-1: 3 in a solvent or solvent mixture, and should be used through the brush, cotton or gun application. The frequency of useage is based on the complexity of the mold and the molding material (usually once for every two month).

Storage and shelf life:

Should be stored at -20 ℃ to +50℃ ~  in sealed original containers. The valid period of IOTA 10303 standard is 12 months from the date of manufacturing. Please refer to the storage recommendations and expiry date on the package. You must stir it before using.
