IOTA 1803 antifoaming agent is a special antifoaming agent developed by our company introducing  foreign technology and equipment aiming at the characteristics of mechanical processing fluid and. It is mainly suitable for high temperature, strong alkali, high viscosity system defoaming.  IOTA 1803 also overcome the disadvantage of the general defoaming agent of emulsified oil immiscible, and it can mix with all kinds of lubricants, and no superficial phenomenon. Additionaly, it has particularly strong shear resistance in the process of grinding, the saponification oil to water, there would be no floating oil phenomenon,and wil not cause oil dirties in the machine tool surface. The performance characteristics of:

Defoaming, inhibit power, less dosage, does not affect the basic properties of foaming system.

Diffusivity, permeability is good, can be compatible with oil, synthetic cutting fluid. Good heat resistance, chemical stability.

In acid, alkali, salt, electrolyte, and can be used in hard water.

It is mainly used for all kinds of oil products such as oil saponification, wire drawing oil, cutting fluid, edm work fluid, drilling fluid, a variety of semi synthetic cutting fluid, microemulsion cutting fluid, fine grinding fluid, coolant, antifoaming water system. 

Packaging, storage and transportation:

This product is for 25 kg, 50 kg plastic drum, 200 kg drum packing or according to customer's requirement. Store in a cool, dry place, avoid sunlight, sunlight storage period for one year or less, according to the general goods transportation.
