This product is a O / W type cream, easy to emulsify, can be directly diluted with water to the desired concentration. Compared with conventional silicone defoamers, IOTA 23021 has good defoaming and strong foam suppression. This product has good heat resistance and chemical stability. Applications

Dosage: Applicable concentration: 1 ~ 150ppm, optimal concentration: 50 ~ 100ppm.

Usage: The strains of high concentrations of O / W emulsion paste, the defoamer diluted before use.

Dilution: direct dilution water with a temperature of 20 ~ 35 ℃, Operation agitation defoaming agent and add the required amounts of water, dilution should avoid high shear mixing . Diluted defoamer should not go far, a small amount of precipitate long time caused does not affect performance, the user can be used after its shake. To extend the pot life of the diluted defoamer, Users can dissolve a thickener to dilute aqueous solution, it is recommended to use water-soluble polymer thickener, a concentration of about 1 to 2%.

The product packaging specification is 50Kg plastic drum or according to user requirements.

Storage and transportation

0 ~ 40 ℃ sealed storage, transportation, storage should avoid heat and freezing, the shelf life of six months.
