IOTA GZ series Thermal conductive silicone
IOTA GZ series is the polysiloxane and high
thermal conductivity filler through a special process to develop into a uniform
fine white paste, non corrosive.
Thixotropic, good wettability, fill the void,
simple operation;
Has good insulating properties, high thermal
conductivity, chemical stability characteristics;
The oil is low in degree and volatile, and is
suitable for wide temperature range (-50 degrees C to 200 c);
Has good adhesion to various substrates, can form
a dense heat conduction channel for heat transfer;
Good thermal stability, maintain the status of
the cream in a long time at high temperature.
Application
For the electronic components of the heat
transfer media, such as CPU in the radiator, high power transistor, thyristor,
diode and fin (aluminum, copper) contact gap filling heat, reduce the working
temperature of the heating element, increase the working stability, prolong the
service life.
Heat radiation for LED lighting chip and
radiating base.
For microwave communication, microwave
transmission equipment, power microwave components of the heat coating.
