Description
This product is a mixture of high molecular weight
Dimethicone/VinyldimethiconeCrosspolymer with Cyclopentasiloxane, Bis-PEG-12
Dimethicone, Lauryl PEG-9 Polydimethicone. It is a white gel having
self-emulsifying effect due to hydrophilic modified part, which allow it to be
formulated into W/O emulsions, W/Si emulsions, and O/W emulsions, to provide
dry smoothness and a light silky skin, non-greasy feel when applied in eye
cream, essence, etc.

Applications
Various kinds of personal care products such as facial
mask, water cream and essence.
How to use?
This product could be dispersed into the oil-phase using
simple mixing.
• It can be added to the oil phase or
silicone phase in an emulsion formulation;
• It can be post-added to emulsions
provided the emulsion is viscous enough for the products to be dispersed.
• For ease use, blending with
Dimethicone or Cyclomethicone to reduce its viscosity.
• When heat is used, the material
should be processed in an enclosed vessel to prevent the Cylcopentasiloxane
from volatilizing.
• The recommended processing
temperature should not be over 60℃.
The product would become very thick or even lumpy after a
period of time. This is normal and it will recovery to original state after
slightly agitate. The recommended usage level is 1%-20%.
Package
Packed in 20kg plastic drum or 200kg iron drums.
Storage and Transport
This product is non-dangerous. In storage and transportation,
prevent from the exposure of moisture, acids, alkalis, the sun and rain
directly. The product has 24 months shelf life from the date of production at
room temperature in seal-tight condition. The storage temperature could not be
over 60℃.
Cautions
This product is neither tested nor suggested in the medical
and pharmaceutical applications.
