IOTA FINE Silicon dioxide is a kind of superfine precipitated silicon dioxide (known as silica) made by special processing technology. It has good reinforcement and dispersion, many years of production practice shows that it can replace fully or partly of expensive fumed silica which has greatly reduce customers’ production cost.

Silica for common rubber
IOTA FINE-SIL325 is used as reinforcement effect in tyres, rubber shoes and other products, to improve the product resistance to flexure, anti-cracking performance, improve the physical properties of the product. High wear resistance, high strength and transparency could be obtained also. Prolong the using effect of the product.
Silica for high transparent and reinforcing silicone rubber
IOTA FINE-SIL365, IOTA FINE-SIL518, IOTA FINE-SIL360 has more reinforcing effect than ordinary precipitated silica in rubber industry, especially in the silicone rubber industry, it can provide not only good tensile strength and wear resistance but also provide good color, good transparency, good appearance, not whitening after stretching and no deformation.
Special Silica for high performance silicone rubber
IOTA FINE-SIL523 is special silica for silicone rubber. Compared with 365 and 518, it has better diaphaneity, and the appearance, color, and insulation performance is better. It is used for manufacturing high performance and high demand silicone rubber.
Silica for carrier and filler
IOTA FINE-SIL325 and IOTA FINE-SIL365 can be done with low impurity treatment, then they will have high specific surface area, can be used as carriers in feed additives, pesticides, laundry powder and other industries to increase their fluidity, and can be colored in ceramic glazes. The effect of solid color is good and it will not discolored by long term high temperature condition.
Silica for glass gum
IOTA FINE-SIL515 is mainly used as a transparent reinforcing agent in the adhesive agent industry, with good dispersity, good physical properties and high transparency. In glass adhesive industry, it can mostly take place of fumed silica with good performance.
Silica for defoamer
IOTA FINE-SIL517 silica particles can enhance the defoaming effect of defoamer. In the defoaming agent, the antifoaming action needs to be strengthened by silica particles. The silica particles were brought to the air foam by silicone oil and water interface and enter the bubble film, due to its hydrophobicity, and surfactant foaming liquid droplet contact angle is greater than 90〫, thereby forcing the foaming liquid from the solid surface by hydrophobic particles, causing rapid discharge, local bubble rupture. Thus, due to the synergistic effect, the two components produced a good defoaming effect. It is widely used in defoamer industry.
Silica for plastics
IOTA FINE-SIL519 is made by special processing technology. After its surface is processed, it has good compatibility with plastics. It is applied to plastic antistatic masterbatch, open electrostatic master batch and other special masterbatch.
