Epoxy silicone oil synthesis reference process
a. Put D4, chain extender and catalyst alkali glue in the
reaction vessel (the amount of catalyst is 0.6~1‰ of the total amount of synthesis),
heat up to 105~110°C, keep warm for 3~3.5 hours, then
raise the temperature to 140~150°C. , heat for 1 hour, and vacuum off
at 140 ~ 150 ° C for 30 minutes, cooling, discharging.
b. If the catalyst is tetramethylammonium hydroxide
solid, first put 1⁄3-1⁄4 DMC and the total amount of catalyst (0.6~1‰), and then
vacuum to 75-80 °C while heating, continue dehydration for half an hour until
dehydration is completed, add The remaining DMC and IOTA 105-1000, then warmed
to 105 ~ 110 ° C, heat for 3 ~ 3.5 hours, then warmed to 140 ~ 150 ° C, heat
for 1 hour, and vacuum at 140 ~ 150 ° C for 30 minutes, cooling , discharge
(from 3% to 5% of the total amount of monomer, not off).
